Cities’ social and physical structures are continuously changing and adapting. We at GTC welcome the challenge that the projected doubling of the global population in less than a century brings to both new and current urban landscapes worldwide. We believe that achieving sustainable social, economic, and geographical growth requires the use of strategic planning as a key tool.

We have completed projects effectively throughout Iraq for many years. We have always used two approaches in our work: an understanding of the local situation and a common vision with different communities.

We use cutting edge technological tools, such as computer-generated simulations, energy efficiency standards, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to better serve our clients and society. Our aim is to ensure that our societies are ahead of changes and challenges.
